"Magical Night" at Whistler Wines

"Kathie Renner made a triumphant return to the Barossa on Saturday the 18th with an amazing performance by her group Vincent's Chair at a Twilight concert held at the beautiful grounds of Whistler Wines. Playing to a back drop of vines, roses and gum trees, Kathie's musical genius was enjoyed by the audience, many of whom referred to it as a 'magical night'" - The Leader (Wed 22nd Nov 2006)

In addition to the array of music performed by the trio, the audience were treated to new tunes from their newly released CD, "Stretch".

The performance raised over $700 for the Motor Neurone Disease Association. Such was the success of the twilight concert, Vincent's Chair will return to Whistler in the new year for another evening of music on Saturday 15th March, 2007.

An Excellent Adventure

What an excellent adventure!
We are back in Adelaide after performing at EUROPAfest06 in Romania. We performed several concerts, two of which were broadcast live on National Romanian Television (TVR). Our venues were the ArCuB Hall - which is their main jazz venue in Bucharest - and we were invited to perform in the final night gala concert at the beautiful and ornate Royal Atheneum - which is their premiere concert venue.
We all had a great time and are ready to do it all again...soon!
Our thanks go to Luigi, Bogdana and their excellent team of volunteers.
